About them
London Concrete were formed in 1997 as a joint venture between the founding directors and Day Aggregates Limited. And the original shareholders joined January 1998.
All ten of their depots are state of the art and incorporate modern technologies to improve concrete quality, reduce noise, and eliminate dust. They provide high quality concrete throughout the Greater London area and the adjoining counties.
In addition, all aggregates are supplied to the concrete batching plants by rail. This offers many environmental benefits, not least of all a reduction in lorry movements on already congested roads in London. The rail facilities also allow London concrete the opportunity to import aggregates from greater distances that would be unsustainable for haulage by road.
